order) by:\n\n\n points accrued.\n\n\n goals scored.\n\n\n goal differe
nce.\n\n\n results against each other.\n\n\n penalty shootout. (5 penalt
ies each)\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nThe winners will then represent Cheltenham in the
County round of the ESFA Inter-School competition\, details to be confirme
d.\n\nThe no heading rule will be implemented. To ensure player welfare a
nd mitigate against potential health risks linked to heading the ball. A
number of local youth leagues have introduced this rule also.\n\nOtherwis
e\, rules are the same as in the league games e.g. no offside etc.\n\n&nbs
p\;\n\nWhat is a deliberate header?\n\nA deliberate header / heading will
usually involve a player moving their head and / or body:\n\n Towards the
ball and / or\n Into the path of the ball When judging if a header is
‘deliberate’\, account should be taken of whether the player had the t
ime / opportunity to avoid the ball.\n\nThis will be influenced by:\n\n T
he speed of the ball\n The distance between the ball and the player when
it is played by another player or rebounds from the goalpost or crossbar e
tc.\n\n&nbsp\;\n\nLaw Changes \n\nDeliberately heading the ball is an off
ence punishable by an indirect free-kick. The indirect free-kick is taken
at the point where the ball was deliberately headed.\n\n Where a player o
f the defending team deliberately heads the ball in their own penalty area
\, the indirect free-kick is taken from the penalty mark\n\nDeliberately h
eading the ball is not a cautionable (yellow card) or sending off (red car
 d) offence\, unless it:\n\n Stops or interferes with a promising attack (
yellow card)\n Denies the opposing team a goal or obvious goal-scoring op
portunity (red card)\n Occurs often enough to be considered ‘persistent
  misconduct’ (yellow card)\n\n&nbsp\;\n\n
