DESCRIPTION:Transitions and change are a natural part of everyday life\, an
 d children experience them constantly—often in small but meaningful ways
 . Even though these shifts happen regularly\, they can still feel challeng
 ing. Children rely on predictability and routine to feel safe\, so when so
 mething disrupts that sense of stability—whether it’s a different morn
 ing routine\, a new adult doing school pick‑up\, a change in their day\,
  or moving from one activity to the next—it can feel unsettling.\nSome c
 hildren adapt quickly to these day‑to‑day transitions\, while others m
 ay need more guidance to understand what they’re feeling and to develop 
 tools that help them learn and develop coping strategies and skills. \nWh
 at we will work on: \n\n 	What do we consider to be changes and transitio
 ns- day to day and bigger events.\n 	What do our children need during time
 s of change\, to ease their experience.\n 	How we can meet those needs and
  help strengthen their resilience through simple\, practical strategies.\n
 \nOur aim is to build a deeper understanding of how children experience da
 ily change—and to feel confident in supporting them through it with warm
