- Exploring the reasons why children need boundaries;
- Looking at the impact of screen time on our children’s development and the need for boundaries around that time;
- Sharing tools to help you manage defiance and stubbornness in general and screen time in particular by establishing realistic boundaries and sticking to them in an effective way.
