Salary: £32,000-£47,000 (Based on qualifications and experience)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Location: Bishops Cleeve, Tewkesbury.

To provide visionary, strategic and operational leadership in the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of a Move More Early Years setting, ensuring exceptional quality, strong safeguarding practice, and meaningful developmental outcomes for every child. This role will shape the strategic direction of Early Years provision, cultivate a culture of curiosity, play, and inclusion, and ensure all delivery is aligned with national frameworks and best practice. The postholder will lead high‑performing staff, strengthen operational systems, and champion innovative approaches that enhance school readiness, support families, and expand the reach and impact of Move More’s Early Years setting.

Salary: £24,500 – £30,000 Full time equivalent (for part time hours the salary will be pro-rated)

Hours:  We are open to part time and full-time ranging from 25- 37.5 hours per week.

Location: Office based – Move More, Carrant House, Teddington Hands, Evesham Road, GL20 8NE

Reports to: Deputy CEO

o provide high-quality administrative, organisational, and logistical support across Move More’s programmes, events, and operations. The role ensures coaches, resources, and facilities are effectively coordinated; customer and partner enquiries are handled professionally; and organisational records, assets, and governance documents are maintained to a high standard, enabling Move More to deliver impactful services to the community.

Salary: £8 – £15.00 per hour

Hours: Variable – full-time/part-time during school holidays

Location: Variable – across our camp locations in Cheltenham, Tewkesbury, Gloucester and surrounding area
