Who: KS1 / Lower KS2 – Team Size – Max 15 Girls
What/Why: We believe that bringing a large number of participants from across the county (to include Cheltenham, Tewkesbury and Stroud districts) under one roof will help to bring the Disney Shooting Stars programme to life (children and adults are encouraged to come wearing Disney themed costumes no obligation however), There will be a variety of Disney inspired football games that will be accompanied by Disney themed music which hopefully help to inspire a new/different demographic to participate and go onto enjoy the game of football. The festival aims to increase girls participation and help drive the FA goal of equal access to football for girls by 2024.
