The competition structure involves mixed-gender teams selected from Year 5 and Year 6. The league is organised into groups, with each team playing both home and away fixtures within their respective group. The top two teams from each group will advance to the final stages, which will take place in the Spring Term of 2026. Teams that do not qualify for the main finals will enter a plate tournament.
