The event is now in its 13th year and again, it proves to be popular with schools from the Cheltenham and Tewkesbury area with around 1,000 children performing across 2 days.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT THE DAY
DOORS OPEN AT 12:40PM for ticket collection, refreshments, and merchandise sales.
DOORS CLOSE AND PERFORMANCE STARTS AT 1:15PM In the interest of child protection and respect for the performers, we insist that audience members occupy their seats before the performance begins at 1:15pm and stay for the duration of the event.
PERFORMANCE ENDS AT 3:00PM Please see you schools’ letter with regards to collecting your child / transport arrangements and timings for those returning to school.
Polite Notice: Doors will remain closed throughout the performance. As part of our (and schools) safeguarding policy, under no circumstances are audience members permitted to enter the school waiting areas, and anyone found doing so will be asked to leave the area. We hope you understand that these rules are in place to protect the children performing.
We also kindly ask that out of courtesy and fairness to all children taking part in this special event, that all parents remain seated to watch and celebrate the WHOLE PERFORMANCE.
TICKET BOOKING
Tickets will go on sale for this year’s events at midday on Tuesday 12th December via this webpage which will then direct you to the Cheltenham Town Hall website. Or you can also book via their telephone number or box office, full details of which can be found below.
Tickets are sold on a first come first served basis, meaning we cannot guarantee tickets.
TICKET CHARGES
Tickets cost £10.00 per seat. If you book your tickets online or on the telephone, a Town Hall booking fee of £1.50 per transaction will be charged to the customer.
Tickets cannot be exchanged, nor money refunded – except in the case of a cancelled performance.
Tickets can either be collected at the box office without charge or posted to the client for £3.00.
