THANK YOU FOR SIGNING UP TO OUR CORE MEMBERSHIP 2024/2025!
Following your sign up to our membership, please complete the below entitlement form. Our coaches will be allocated on a first come first served basis so please make sure this form is completed and returned prior to the start of the academic year to ensure that we have enough staffing availability to meet with your requirements. In cases where we don’t have availability, we will try and accomodate your second preferred date, so please make sure you fill in this field. Thank you.
Small School Entitlement Hours
Your school is entitled to 12 coaching sessions as part of your Move More membership.
We would look to book your sessions in blocks consisting of 2 sessions, for example:
1 afternoon (block), delivering 2 CPD sessions for 6 weeks = 12 coaching sessions
If your school requires additional sessions this can be arranged at £30 per session, please indicate below if you would like to use this option.
